What a cold night!!!! Dark and damp too .... but we managed to guide all the visitors in and had a good start with Vic & Paul taking the first game 22-20. However the next two games were less encouraging. Sticking with Vic & Paul they managed to win their next first game but then went down again in 3.
All games had some very good rallies BUT overall the match was Rubbers 0-9 Games 2-18 Points 261-413. and finished by 9.30 pm. BUT a good night none the less with Edward fitting in well with Deane and Scott & Jim fighting for points as always. 
A pleasant match in VERY COLD CONDITIONS!! above the opposition warmly settled under the new lamp!!!
